Description
Our Bison is raised in Ontario on a single-family farm and is free of antibiotics and added hormones. Bison products are produced intermittently and fluctuate with seasons.
The farm is Animal Welfare approved and Certified by AGW (a greener world), Canadian Bison Association, Ontario Bison Association.
We prefer to always grind our beef twice to ensure an equal distribution of fat throughout the meat ensuring that every package of ground beef is exactly the same.
