1. General Information
Delivery will be made on Fridays between 10am and 6pm. Products are packed in a cardboard box lined with recyclable insulation and reusable ice packs. Your products will be kept cold for 24-36 hours, so someone does not need to be home at the time of delivery.
2. Delivery Location
Your delivery location will determine the cost of delivery. Maps and pricing are subject to change with notification. Click here to view the complete list of all the areas we service.
3. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check out page of our website. Delivery costs are based on the postal code. Delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout screen before completing your order. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province of Ontario.
4. Items Damaged in Transit
If there is any damage to the items or packaging on delivery, contact us immediately.
5. Cancelling Your Delivery
We must be contacted by noon 2 days before delivery in order to accommodate a cancellation.
