Cooking Tips:
For braised osso buco, season generously with salt and pepper (or your favourite spice mix) and sear the short ribs on a frying pan or grill until caramelized on all sides. Transfer to a roasting pan and add beef stock, a splash of wine and mirepoix, then cover with foil and braise at 325 F for 6-8 hours. Reduce the braising liquid for a mouth watering sauce.
