Description
This share started it all. Each beef share is 1/15 of a side of beef. You’ll get a combination of prime and secondary steaks, roasting cuts, braising cuts, ground beef, fresh sausage, and beef stock. Our beef is locally raised, always raised without hormones or antibiotics, and aged a minimum of 21 days.
Each share includes:
- 6 Barese Sausage, packed in 3’s (1lb ea)*
- 6 Beef Burgers, packed in 2’s (6oz patties)*
- 2x1L containers Beef Stock*
- 1x500ml of Beef Tallow
- 4 packs of Lean Ground Beef (1lb ea)
- 2 Ribeye or Striploin (~11oz ea) or Tenderloin (~6oz ea)
- 3 Flank, Bavette, Skirt, or Flat Iron (~8oz ea)
- 1 Round Roast or Blade Roast (~2.5lbs)
- 1 Braising Cut; Osso Bucco, Short Rib, Brisket, or Oxtail. (Weights vary depending on cut)
