The King of all oven roasts, our Prime Rib is aged for a minimum of 21 days and expertly cut, trimmed and portioned to create the perfect small weeknight roast. Each roast serves 2-3 people.
For best results, we recommend the “reverse sear method”, season the prime rib generously with salt and pepper, roast on a rack in a roasting tray in the oven at 225 degrees for 45-60 mins or until the roast is a little under the desired level of doneness. Once finished, remove from oven and sear on high heat in a cast iron pan for 2-3 minutes on each side or until caramelized. Let the roast rest for 15-20 mins before serving
