Our 100% grass-fed beef is raised in Ontario on a single-family farm and is free of antibiotics and added hormones. Grassfed products are produced once a month and as a result, are sold frozen.
We prefer to always grind our beef twice to ensure an equal distribution of fat throughout the meat ensuring that every package of ground beef is exactly the same.
