Description

Our dry aged striploin has been aged a minimum of 30 days. Striploin is a steak lovers go to. One of the most tender cuts available, all the while being exquisitely marbled, second only our ribeye.

Cooking Tips:

Season with salt and pepper then grill or pan sear in medium high for 2-3 minutes per side. Let the steak rest 2-3 minutes then slice thinly. This cooks the steak to medium rare which is our recommendation
