Our Bison is raised in Ontario on a single-family farm and is free of antibiotics and added hormones. Bison products are produced intermittently and fluctuate with seasons.

We prefer to always grind our beef twice to ensure an equal distribution of fat throughout the meat ensuring that every package of ground beef is exactly the same.
