To us, pork is never the other white meat! Our pork is heritage breed, raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Its marbling and colour is equivalent to a good beef steak. Our pork is flavourful and buttery.

Cooking Tips:

It’s important not to overcook your pork. In a pan or on the grill cook at a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes a side.
