Beef Stir-Fry Strips ~ 1/2 lb

Description

Various steak end cuts are sliced into 1/4″x2″ strips ready to be seared or fried in a pan. Cuts used are on the tender side and are great for stir-fry, pasta, tacos, stews or even a steak sandwich.

Wuick tip, add 1 tsp baking soda to your marinade to make the most tender stir fry beef.

Cooking Tips:

Season with salt and pepper or marinade in your favorite recipe. Pan sear on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve up with your favorite sides or add to sauce or recipe of your choice.
