For a delicious roast beef dinner use a round roast. It also makes great leftovers, use it as a healthier alternative to processed deli meats.
Cooking Tips:
Sear on high turning over until each side is caramelized. Then roast in the oven at 275F for 15 minutes a pound. Make sure to let the roast rest for 15-20 minutes. This cooks your roast to a medium, which is our recommendation. Slice thin and serve.
