As we work to update our website (which we promise will provide a better user experience with increased functionality) there are a few things we need to bring to your attention.

Changing Your Bookmarked/Saved Web Address

Once the new site is live, please make sure to resave/update our site address in any bookmarked/saved locations on your device. This way, you’ll always be taken to our new online store, and not to the old website (after a short period of time purchases will no longer be accepted here!). The new address is


Once the new site is live, we will be transferring all customer accounts over. You will receive a password reset email as we suggest you change your password. Any subscribers will need to claim their account as quickly as possible in order to minimize any disruption to their subscription. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam and junk folders for the email.


With the update of our site, we hope to offer more functionality for subscriptions. This includes being able to more easily change, add, and remove items from your subscription, as well as skip a renewal without having to contact us. We also plan to have a renewal notice email sent out, allowing you the time to add or subtract items from your subscription before it renews.

We will be transferring all subscriptions to the new site, however all subscriptions will be subject to all current pricing. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer the price you were receiving before, but we promise to work with everyone on an 1:1 basis to get the best pricing we can for established subscribers. You will be emailed with the new details of your subscription as well as a date of when the old subscription will come to an end. In order to fully transfer your subscription and minimize disruptions, you will need to activate your account on the new site as quickly as possible. Once you have been notified of your new subscription details, it will be up to you to make sure you activate your account and notify us that you have done so if this was not competed prior to transferring your subscription.


Delivery zones and rates will be updated with the new site. For those living in Toronto, Mississauga, and Vaughan, there will be minimal changes. For those living in the rest of the GTA and surrounding municipalities, there may be an increase to your delivery rate to accurately reflect the cost of shipping to your area.
