Our West SIde Beef Pork Share is a great value. 1/8th of a whole pig and expertly cut and trimmed. Our pork is heritage breed and pasture-raised. It is raised without the use of hormones and antibiotics.
Each share includes:
- 6 Hot Italian Sausages, packed in 3’s (1lb ea)*
- 2 packs of 6 Maple Breakfast Sausages (1/2lb ea)*
- 1x500ml Pork Lard*
