Striploin is a steak lovers go to. One of the most tender cuts available, all the while being exquisitely marbled, second only our ribeye.
Season with salt and pepper then grill or pan sear in medium high for 2-3 minutes per side. Let the steak rest 2-3 minutes then slice thinly. This cooks the steak to medium rare which is our recommendation.
