Oven Baked Beef Gyoza

  • 1.5 lbs West Side Beef Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 West Side Beef Free Range Egg
  • 1 shallot diced finely
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 TBSP grated ginger
  • 2 TBSP chopped Thai basil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Avocado Oil in a spray bottle


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius.
  2.  Meanwhile, combine all ingredients (except avocado oil and wrappers) in a mixing bowl by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop mixture using TBSP and place onto dumpling wrapper.
  5. Wet the edge of one half of wrapper, fold dumpling in half and pinch to seal. Place on parchment.
  6. Spray each side of dumpling with oil.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, turning dumplings at the halfway mark. 6. Serve with light soy sauce.
