- 1.5 lbs West Side Beef Lean Ground Beef
- 1 West Side Beef Free Range Egg
- 1 shallot diced finely
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 TBSP grated ginger
- 2 TBSP chopped Thai basil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
- Dumpling wrappers
- Avocado Oil in a spray bottle
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius.
- Meanwhile, combine all ingredients (except avocado oil and wrappers) in a mixing bowl by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop mixture using TBSP and place onto dumpling wrapper.
- Wet the edge of one half of wrapper, fold dumpling in half and pinch to seal. Place on parchment.
- Spray each side of dumpling with oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning dumplings at the halfway mark. 6. Serve with light soy sauce.
